There is a very talented musician from Kearney, Nebraska that I have gotten to know over the past year or so named Michael Walworth. He has just released his new CD entitled "Amen" and you can see me on the cover. My best friend Jessa Cameron is a fantastic photographer that was asked by Michael to help take shots for his new CD packaging. We took an entire Saturday in February traveling the snow covered back roads of Nebraska finding churches in the small towns along the way to try to get the perfect shots. It was a cool thing to be a part of.

Take the time to check out his music. His voice is amazing and so unique. He is headed out on tour to a city near you. Check out his MySpace page for details.
Here is a video I shot at The Roman in Kearney where Michael sings a song called "Ella". He doesn't perform this song much anymore, but it is my favorite.
You might say 'I Get Off' has some sexual overtones, but the band decided to take a whole other approach with the supporting clip. "We didn't want to go so literal with the lyrics," explains singer and guitarist Lzzy Hale. "We made it a little creepy, a little rock n' roll performance-wise and some acting too. It's a great video and I'm excited for it."
Rev Theory Song Featured On Promos for the TV Show "The Cleaner"
Season two of the A&E TV show "The Cleaner" will begin Tuesday, June 23rd. In the promotional spots currently running they are featuring the song "Broken Bones" by the band Rev Theory. It's a good tune. Check it out.
BROKEN BONES LYRICS -------------------- Walking a fine line between wrong and right And I know... There is a part of me that I try to hide But I can't win And I can't fight I keep holding on too tight Running away from the world outside
Now I am calling Hoping you'll hear me We all need somebody To believe in something And I won't fear this When I am falling We all need somebody That can mend... These broken bones
Caught in the confines of the simple life And I am... Holding my head high in the rising tide And I can't win And I can't fight I keep holding on too tight Running away from the world outside
Now I am calling Hoping you'll hear me We all need somebody To believe in something And I won't fear this When I am falling We all need somebody That can mend... These broken bones
But Oh Yeah
I'm not coming home now I know... I'm so far away So far from home I'm not coming home now I know... I'm so far away I'm so far away
And I can't win And I can't fight I keep holding on too tight
Now I am calling Hoping you'll hear me We all need somebody To believe in something And I won't fear this When I am falling We all need somebody That can mend... These broken bones
And I can't win And I can't fight I keep holding on too tight Running away from the world outside
And I can't win And I can't fight I keep holding on too tight Running away from the world outside
Winter lasted far too long in Cleveland, and it left us feeling so disconnected. Good thing summer promises to bring us oodles of new music, festivals, movies and video games so we have plenty of reasons to get out and revel with our fellow music lovers. And because we're so excited about being reunited with our favorite season, we thought we'd not only give you a run-down of what we're particularly stoked for, we'd also show you how the "Six Degrees Of Kevin Bacon" theory applies to all your favorite things in life. Suddenly, we don't feel so cold and alone anymore. Bring on the sunshine!

They did awesome! I have always adored this band. And by the way can Gwen be any more of a cool chick? Look at how awesome she looks too after two kids. Puh-shawwww!!! Not to mention how on point she was so early in the AM. Many people can't pull off the whole jumping around and singing live thing (ahem Britney ahem). KUDOS TO THEM!!!
